Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Renown! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer returns and refunds. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Conditions

1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return items.
2. Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Original tags and packaging must be intact.
3. Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, underwear, and customized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Return Request: Contact us at support@renownstreetwear.com to request a return.
2. Return Label: We will send you a return label and instructions for sending the item back.
3. Packaging: Securely package the item and attach the return label. Send the package to the provided address.

Refunds

1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refund Process: If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Partial Refunds: For items not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the regular return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

1. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.
